EXPERIMENTAL 09326 HOPS
USA HopsThis experimental varietal from Hopsteiner has a strong genetic link to Cascade. 09326 is recommended primarily for aroma additions for pungent notes of berry jam, tropical fruit, grapefruit and subtle herbal notes. Best suited for IPAs and Pale Ales, and Blonde Ales.
Seventy-five percent Cascade in origin, Experimental #09326 was bred in 2008 and is an aroma-type hop that matures mid-to-late season. Its bright, punchy aroma has been described as grapefruit and tropical fruit, but brew trials indicate this variety also adds a distinct berry note in ales, making it an exciting hop to watch!
